Civic duty aka voting

It felt good to get off work and go stand in that line. I know how crazy that may seem, but I really dig voting and having a say in what happens in the future. Even when I vote in a state that has mostly always gone for the other side I still feel good about me doing my part.

This year I decided to do a campaign playing off the name of my network and making it a pledge to everyone to say #nobodyvoteslikeus. I didn’t get anyone to run with it, but I did feel good using my platform for the good of the people.

I never tell anyone who to vote for or why they should vote for someone, I just say vote. I can only hope that people vote based on their interests opposed to voting against it.
